I couldn’t have done anything without the people who came to gigs, bought my music, supported my crowdfund or even just “shared” on Facebook! Thank you!

Back in Huntly and getting ready for Christmas! Last gig of the year is at Old Blackfriars Aberdeen – really chilled evening. I had a lovely gig last Friday at The Big Comfy Bookshop where the lovely Iona Lane and Lucy Kitchen played too. Watch out for a Big Comfy Sessions video!
“Whatever the motivation for Iona to leave all remnants of instrumentation back north of the border for this gig excursion, it was an absolute blessing to spend a coveted hour in the precious company of her sculptured voice; effervescent charm and an endearing commitment to share her passion.”

What a week it’s been! On Saturday, the trio featuring Luc Daniel McNally and Charlie Grey won the Molloy Award at The Trip to Birmingham TradFest then a quick nip up to Glasgow where I was honoured to speak at Dr Robbie Shepherd MBE’s ceremony and sing as part of Royal Conservatoire of Scotland St Andrews day pre-record concert. A busy week at university, filming with Graeme MacDonald, recording bits onto my album tomorrow with Charlie Grey tomorrow and then MG Alba Scots Trad Music Awards on Saturday! And BREATHE!
